Residential Manager
Full-time · Denver, COColorado
Lead one of our residential homes and make sure every person we serve receives safe, person-centered, joyful care.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily operations of a residential home serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Supervise, schedule, train, and mentor direct support professionals (DSPs)
- Develop and follow individualized service plans in partnership with case managers and families
- Ensure compliance with Colorado HCBS regulations, health, and safety standards
- Coordinate medical appointments, transportation, and community activities
- Manage documentation, incident reporting, and medication administration records
What you'll bring
- Minimum one (1) year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, medication administration)
- High school diploma or GED required; degree in human services or related field preferred — any type of degree accepted
Host Home Provider
